It has been a while since we spoke. I hope you are all doing well and that your families have all been well. This pandemic has been crazy. I'm sure you know someone or know of someone who has been impacted. The mental stress and strain is enough to pull you under. I want to encourage you to hold strong and pray.
For me I am trying to stay out of the way and still stay connected. I have been writing and keeping busy. One of my goals for 2021 was to write a book with my mom. I didn't know how I was going to get it done as she was in Jamaica. Well she came to visit for the summer and attended my annual Book Expo. (This was the first one she has ever attended). ps this is my 8th. Yeah ME!

Anyhoo I digress. So she had some time and I said why don't you write a story. She is always writing. Did I tell you my mom is a teacher? She has been teaching for over 50 years. THAT IS HER PASSION. Well she wrote a draft asked me to look at it and there it was the "SPEAK IT INTO EXISTENCE". We wrote the story together, had it edited and now in the illustration phase. Can you say "God"?
Before the end of 2021 we will have "Dorianne Bakes Cookies". You heard it here first. We don't have a cover yet, but again you will be the first to know.
